Return Policy

We accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of delivery.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Email us at contactemeri@gmail.com with your name, order number, and items you’d like to return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit within 5–10 business days.
Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Sale items, sample sale pieces, and personalized/customized items are non-returnable.
Return Shipping & Refund Terms

Outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once your return is inspected and approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit.
Damages & Defects
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us by providing your order number and a picture of your received item(s) and we’ll send a prepaid return label to replace the faulty piece.

Refunds are only issued in rare cases, decided on a case‑by‑case basis.
Wrong Item Received
